Before requesting a return
As these are intimate products, hygiene and safety are essential. Therefore, we only accept returns for products that:
• are in their original packaging, intact and sealed
• show no signs of use, opening, or tampering
• are in perfect condition
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return.
Return period
You can request a return for your order up to 30 days after receipt.
In accordance with Decree-Law no. 143/2001, you also have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without needing to state any reason.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will process a refund for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
