Request a return
Before requesting a return
As these are intimate products, hygiene and safety are essential. Therefore, we only accept returns of products that:
• are in their original packaging, intact and sealed
• show no signs of use, opening, or tampering
• are in perfect condition
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return.
Return period
You can request a return of your order up to 30 days after receipt.
In accordance with Decree-Law no. 143/2001, you also have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without needing to state any reason.
How to submit a return request
- Click on the profile icon in the store menu or go to the footer, enter "Returns" and select "Request a return"
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue".
- In your inbox, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the message.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" on the order you wish to return.
- If your order has more than one item, select the products you want to return.
- Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and the corresponding return label.
Refund
After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
