Warranty and Right of Free Resolution

Boticário Íntimo complies with Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of April 26, which establishes the consumer's right to free termination of the contract within the legal period of 14 days after receiving the order, without needing to state a reason.

Additionally, we offer an extended period of 30 days, in accordance with our return policy, provided that the products meet the hygiene and safety conditions applicable to intimate products.
